## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you use 2 rolls on one pole as my bay window is more than 3 metres long.**
A: yes. just make sure ends are flat when joining it. i have had no problem as had to join about 3” one end.

**Q: Will this work on a pole that has been bent? The rings keep catching on the cuts at the moment.**
A: I'm not sure the tape would "bend" around as it's supposed to go on the top on the pole but I am sure if you needed to you could cut it and put it together in a way that would smooth out any cuts. Might be worth a go.

**Q: Do you use Royal Mail or courier for delivery?**
A: We normally ship with Royal Mail

**Q: would this prevent metal eyelets scratching a painted pole?**
A: Yes! Your curtains will slide across smoothly and no noise or scratching the pole.i put this tape at top and side of pole where you can we the metal eyelets slide across so pleased I came across this .

Wish I'd found this years ago. Very heavy curtains with metal rings and curtain poles. The noise was horrendous and they were so difficult to open..until I found this tape.
