I change it on the 1st of each month as by then you can tell the sharpness is beginning to dull. I have the power razor but also buy these manual blades as they are identical apart from the colour coordinated lubrication strip. I opt for whichever is the cheapest, you get EXACTLY the same shave. I have been on the hunt for the perfect razor for years. I resorted to using men's razors a while back, and I do find them generally better, but they are all much of a muchness. These blades are good for the first shave, ok for the second, then the hair-tugging starts and I end up with ingrowing hairs. However, this is just my personal experience.
