The kit included everything I needed, including water and vinegar. The instructions were very clear, but I was a little intimidated to make injera, a crepe-like bread pancake. I coated a 10 inch nonstick skillet with the included spray, made the injera mix, and carefully followed the directions. They were perfect! The lentils cooked about 40 minutes until they were done to my taste, using all the rich sauce provided. The smell was heavenly!
