Although the item arrived promptly, the quality of the item is very poor, have used other wicks in the past (had order these as was short and needed wicks immediately), these wicks do not seem pre-waxed and soon as pour hot wax into the jars the wicks are becoming soft and bending making for a poor product for my customers.
