The 78"/2m is one long strip of LED's, which fits around the TV perfectly.The sticky back tape does the job, I've bought different lights previously and had to buy my own sticky tape to hold it on due to the sticky back failing, but so far so good with these ones.You can also adjust set the lights to flash, and cycle through the colours and change the speed of flashing and brightness of the lights. I prefer a solid continuous bright background though.All in all, very pleased with my purchase.
