**Q: Can you open the bottle to put in a smaller bottle for the gym?**
A: Absolutely. I always buy the bigger bottle which has a pump and transfer to small bottle when travelling. Christina Georgiou

**Q: Is it suitable to use on a sponge or flannel**
A: I guess you could use it on a sponge for your body wash but I have never used anything like that. It’s expensive to squander on a flannel or sponge as it lathers up quickly. Christina
