Have had many of these pens all with the same issue. My sister seems to use these all the time with no problem (right handed) **Q: how long does it take for delivery?** A: My delivery said 2 months **Q: Does the ink smudge? (I'm left handed)** A: Hi, I'm also left handed and no they dont smudge...However some of the pens dont really work after sometime and some only worked for a day. They are amazing pens great for notes and work but only when they work. **Q: How do I open pen. Felt tip is dry so do I dismantle something?** A: The pens have a small piece on the end of the roller ball that you have to pick off.
