**Q: How hard/soft are these? Are they as hard as the steadtler or softer?**
A: I can't compare them to the Steadtler. I recall them being medium soft / hard. Ideal for school work but anything serious and of quality I use Sakura Color Eraser. They are INCREDIBLE

**Q: Does this rub out graphite pencil marks?**
A: yes it does

**Q: do these smudge ?**
A: They haven't smudged anything for us. These are what I remember as the proper rubbers/erasers and definitely something I'd buy again!

**Q: I didn't recived the order why it said delivered?**
A: maybe your order got lost or you put the wrong address
