Review: Works for reducing flushes - I have now tried soy, sage and black closh with no real benefits to my flushes. I was having several thru the night waking me up burning hot and several thru the day resulting in the need to whip my lays off. Within 3 days of taking 3 red clover tablets per day my flushes reduced significantly- now I’m almost finished my first month on them I rarely get any flushes at all and sleep soundly all night. This has been amazing- I’m dreading the day it stops being effective to b quite honest as I’d have to go down the GP route. I also take evening primrose, maca and magnesium spray, whether it’s this combination I won’t know, but I’d love to know if others try it and see the benefit

They've worked wonders (always a chance that something won't work, after getting my LABS done and a lot of research) I took the risk, started with the MINIMAL dose and carried on to find that they've worked wonders (Highly recommend - I've been using Linden's for a looooooooooong time) these are AWESOME. * I started with the 90 count package and have since reordered to the 360 package LoL!! I am taking these after being confirmed in the menopause. The symptoms DO mimic THYROID issues (which I have for many years). ALSO with menopause comes a slower thyroid! Just received my 3rd order of Lindens Red Clover. I'm menopausal and these have reduced my hot flashes and night sweats dramatically!! I take 3 each morning along with 2 tablets of sage tablets, also from Lindens. Took a couple of months to get the benefits so please persevere as they definitely work. Only get the very occasional hot flush, perhaps once or twice a week and my night sweats have disappeared. Quite different from my previous nightly sweats and hot flushes several times every day. Tried other popular menopause remedies but nothing else worked. I'm not one for writing reviews but just had to write this if it helps other menopausal women like me. Highly recommended
