She’s currently 11 months. She’s much happier standing, (only for a short while at the moment) watching and getting involved with mummy. The sides are chalk boards for her to use when she is a little older. Well constructed and solid, but not too heavy to move around. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Handy stand *by A***Y on 15 May 2022* Really like this for my 1 year old, it was easy to put together and is very strudy. We picked this one because there is no open back so baby can't climb in and out. I highly recommend this product ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic. Shame about the chalk board *by D***E on 18 March 2016* I absolutely love this fun pod. The primary use of this had been to get my little one involved in the kitchen and it has definately filled the brief. She absolutely loves it and it is very sturdy and big enough for her to crouch up and down to hide!I chose the chalky as I thought it would give her an out of the pod option while still being in the kitchen. Unfortunately the chalkboard surface is very shiny! I've tried all different brands of chalk( apart from the liquid chalk) and none make any marks clearly. As an adult I have to push really hard. A 16 month old gas no hope of making any marks😞. Such a shame as it would have been full marks otherwise. For the money I expected a decent chalkable surface!
