They keep him occupied for hours, for several days. He IS still a puppy, and teething now, so they last a long time. Even after his permanent teeth come in, I will purchase these to keep him busy (meaning: when I need a break/rest!). I do take it away when he has whittled it down to quarter size, just to be on the safe side so he can't swallow it. This is a better price on Amazon, plus it's just easier to order here, as I don't need more errands/stores to go to.Update: teething phase is over, he still loves these churpi chews!
