It does have wheels but I find that they just dont work on carpet. I find at whatever angle, even right down, almost level with the floor, the wheels just dont work. Im effectively just dragging it across the carpet... It probably works on laminate floors though. **Q: does the x trainer have an app that you can connect to? ios/android** A: It doesnt but it does say that it will connect to a chest strap. I have a Polar chest strap but havent managed to work out how to connect it yet. That requires bluetooth, I dont think the machine has blue tooth. But last point 9 on p14 talks about a chest strap. Im going to email them... My chest strap connects to my Polar programme on my watch and phone. **Q: How do you alter the resistance** A: By the display panel. **Q: Hi - do the arms move on this bike like a normal x trainer... is it worth the money and how easy is it to put together** A: The arms move. I think it was worth the money. I used the assembly service so I can't answer the second part of your question. It took the guy about 40 minutes or so to unpack and put together.
