I had to stop taking my anti-inflamatories as they weren't helping the pain and were irritating my stomach. My husband has used belladona plasters for years and suggested I tried a strip across my knee, I couldn't believe the difference in my knee within a couple of hours, not only did the pain ease, but the swelling went down and I could walk for further without pain. I know these aren't a cure but they help manage your arthritis I only wish I'd tried them years ago.
