I bought them for a blanket I'd made. It was quite a delicate piece but these worked great and as the needles are quite fine they didn't mark or snag my work.I don't hesitate to recommend them but be warned they are seriously sharp and need to be kept away from little people .They come in a little sturdy plastic box for storage.
