Appears well constructed with 'rubberised' grip where it counts, the tape feels comfortable in the hand. Supplied with a wrist strap and a belt hook so shouldn't get lost. Now to work. Extend the tape and an internal cam stops the tape retracting. Very useful when measuring long lengths. The tape has large clear readouts in both metric and imperial with the tape 'hook' being triple riveted for extra strength. Finished measuring? Just press the thumb 'retract' button and the tape slides smoothly and effortlessly back into the tape housing. A very nice tape measure ideal for the DIY'er and professional alike. Need a tape measure? Buy this one!

At first sight it doesn't look as hard wearing as some other big brands. However, having used it every day in work on various construction sites, it does appear to be holding up well (despite a few drops).The measurements are clear and easy to read.Happy to buy again!

A great robust tape measure that should stand up to much abuse. Thick rubber on the outside and a brilliant locking retrieval tape system. The tape itself doesn't droop and is strong and clearly marked. The retrieval spring is quite powerful so it is better to feed in the tape holding on to it rather than let it fly back. A bit heavy but that just emphasises the quality.
