I needed something that would keep water or juice ice cold while my son and I are out and about doing errands. I took a risk and tried this brand after seeing it in person at Target. It has kept drinks ice cold (with the ice still intact!) even if I forget it in the car on hot days. I'm impressed and will be buying a few more. For what it's worth I was able to get rid of the "Toy Story" decal using nail polish remover. It started to chip off after a few washes in the dishwasher and I'm not a huge fan of brainwashing children with television characters, so I decided to see if it would come off. I'm pretty frugal, so even $10 seemed like a lot for a kids cup, but I have to say it was worth it! We've used it several times outdoors in 100 degree temps & it really keeps the water cold for a long time. I've purchased some cheaper stainless steel bottles & didn't like that the outside of the container was really cold when you put ice water in it & there was a lot of condensation. That didn't happen with this. The outside stayed perfectly normal (as if it was empty). I was so impressed with it that I bought myself a larger one. I actually love this funtainer size though. The lid and straw seperate (easily) for cleaning. He likes to take chocolate milk in his lunch and this keeps it cold for a surprisingly long time. I was concerned initially about it being difficult to clean the milk out, but so far that has not presented a problem. It is dishwasher safe. I'm pleased with it.
