It kills the grubs... not the adults, not the eggs. If you have vine weevils a single application will not eradicate them as there will be eggs left to hatch ad adults left to lay eggs. Adults die off each the winter so you will not see significant improvement until the following year and then only if you have done several treatments. **Q: Weevils in my honeysuckle barrel! I've picked loads out and replaced 1/3 soil. Shall I order this now. Does it have to be used in March? Thank you!** A: March ( early spring) fine but works best for me when soil temperature is above 12 degrees. A second early autumn treatment is good too. Excellent product. **Q: Can this kill wire worms that are destroying my potatoes? Thanks** A: there is a specific nematode product for wire worms.
