Everyone says the same thing. These packs are the very best I've come across and that's saying something as I've used everything from Services equipment when I was in right through to top of the line TUMI and others and this is the best. The straps and materials are brilliant. Everything fits perfectly, there's so much configuration control and this one is perfect for work as I throw my 13" laptop in here and a bundle of A4 document packs and it all slots in no problem. There's also a couple of hidden and concealed spots that allow you to keep something's out of view and people finding it without them being very thorough and systematic. The bag can even carry a fluids bladder ! I'm gushing a bit here but this is my second bag and it's not my last either. I'm really starting to like this company and the superb level of quality. They say you get what you pay for ... well you definitely do in this case. The only negative point is the comms pack on the strap won't take an iPhone 6+.
