I have Sisterlocks and anyone sporting locks will know it's lovely to have, but can be a devil to maintain moisture, especially as Sisterlocks don't necessarily require any product, other than a conditioning shampoo - and sometimes not even that is recommended. However, because I have 4c hair (that's an Afro-Americanism for the coarsest Afro hair), when I wash it anyway, it takes FOREVER to get the suds out of my hair. When I washed it with my Creme of Nature Coconut and Sunflower Conditioning Shampoo, my scalp would start itching within the first three or four days of washing. My hair is very strong, but my scalp is quite sensitive and my hair felt dry and harsh a couple of days after washing. I've tried all sorts to alleviate the stress my scalp goes through, to no avail. I've been using it for over a month now, and NO MORE ITCHY SCALP!!! And my locked hair actually feels softer. I'm soooo happy! And the smell of all those products are divine.
