The sound quality is good, though note that it would likely be softer in volume than none bone-conducting counterparts. Music is easy to add - just plug into PC and transfer. M4a however isn't supported (sorry mac users). It works well underwater but mine likely was faulty as it crackled up in 5 minutes - to which I contacted the seller and had it replaced.
