Bought two as Christmas gifts. Horrible sound quality and hard to hear. Both sets broke and since the people who for them were away at college I just got them back to be able to contact the seller and now there is no way to contact. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Clarity vs Volume, bass, and comfort. *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on February 9, 2018* The clarity on them is phenomenal. However, they lack volume and bass. You can get a little extra volume and bass out of them if you tie them to your head so that they connect better. Though, that would not be ideal if you plan to leave the house as when I go outside and I'm not in a car, I can no longer hear anything. That is unless you use the ear plugs provided which kind of defeats the purpose of them being "open-ear". It seems to be more of a sizing issue, I imagine they are great for some, but they are a little big on my head. I think they would be better if they came in different sizes or the band was somehow adjustable so that it would form to my head a little better. Maybe even make it a little more comfortable when I lay down, so they don't just slip off.
