He has spent the past 5+ years relying on various drinks for the much needed nutrition. Originally he was prescribed things by the doctor but in the usual way of cuts we ended up having to source our own equivalent as his prescription was stopped. We tried a few different makes of various drinks and soups that claimed to offer the nutritional value needed. A reasonable amount of them were not the most tasty of things. This one however is actually quite nice and resembles a standard milkshake in opposition to anything else. It has a slightly subtle flavour and is easy to make, simply scoop out the amount and mix with milk. You do have to mix it pretty well but generally you don't get any big clumps. You can always use a coffee whisk to get rid of any little bits at the bottom. This is pretty much a meal in itself so is pretty filling and has all your vitamins you need in it. Ideal for an extra boost to your health when you are run down or low in energy or have missed a meal. So many people ask why I am dieting. I'm definitely not. I have a nerve condition that often makes it painful to eat. I use Complan almost daily. It can be used with milk or water but because of food intolerance and the fact that eating what amounts to baby food most of the time I use goat milk. I recommend Complan use to anyone who has problems with eating proper food. Well worth the cost. I get the tubs and flavour the drink with whatever flavour milk shake mix I fancy.
