After some research, I decided to buy these as they're super cheap and when reading online, the swivel handles weren't rated that well so not worth the extra money. From the first time I used these push-up handles, I had absolutely no wrist pain at all. At first, I had a few slips where the handle rolled over but I think that's because I held them too close together as I've not had any issues since I've gotten used to them. Remember, as you're now elevated around 10cm, don't drop down to the floor, lower down to the same height as the handles to prevent any health issues.
