How tall is the balloon? Is it shipped inflated or do you have to inflate yourself with helium?** A: Can't remember measurements but it was a large ballooon which you have to inflate with helium yourself. Unfortunately once inflated, the balloon kept floating upside down so it spoiled it somewhat. **Q: What capacity is ballon?** A: I can't answer that now I'm afraid as I purchased this 3 yes ago but it had a hole in it so couldn't even use it. Was very disappointed. **Q: How do i inflate item** A: There is a small valve probly on one of the feet, I ysed heelium, just be careful not to inflate 2 much or it will pop!
