Works really well and is very soothing. Has a funny colour to it which was a bit surprising the first time I used the bathroom as I had forgotten about it!

I'd been using an over-the-counter for a while but I wasn't getting any relief in fact it seemed to be making things worse not better. I then realised that the ingredients were not suitable for my skin so I decided to look for something more natural. From the encouraging reviews about this product I felt it had to be worth a try so I ordered a tube. I can't believe the difference this cream has made in just a few short days - it's amazing! This is an excellant product that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, I just wish I'd come across it years ago!

Bad :( worsen my internal piles....feel more itchy and irritating after using it for a few days. Stopped using it and feels better instead but not inproving the problem. Have started using other ointment instead...disappointed anyway.They contacted me immediately after the negative review to make things up and offered me a full refund without the need of returning the product. Three stars! Great effective customer service support. Shame the product doesnt work on me.

I was really not impressed with this one little bit. It felt horrible on my skin, Just left some sort of oil residue that takes a really long time for to go away. The colour and smell of it was rather off putting as well. There is no chance of me at all buying this again in future. It also did not work one little bit. That was the biggest deal breaker.

This is a brilliant product ! I started the week with a bleeding external lump ( a haemorrhoid) I bought this product and used it for two days - and the lump has gone !! Amazing and well done to this company for creating a natural product which is so effective.

Originally gave this 5 stars as it seemed a good product, but had to throw away one tube because gel was too runny to use. Was promised a refund but it never transpired unfortunately. So need to downgrade to 2 stars.
