These are spiraled saw blades for cutting wood. **Q: When the item is referred to as having 'plain' ends, does that mean it has a 'flat' end? If not, which spiral blades have flat ends?** A: There are two types of blade. Flat end and pin end. The pin end has a small pin. Through it which hooks on a fitting on the jaws.the flat end does not have the pin.the end is slightly flattened to aid clamping but you do need to fit these carefully.
