You get a good amount of tea bags in the pack, some have more and others have less Eucalyptus in each one. I like this a lot because you can choose if you want more or less per cup. I will say though that the Eucalyptus is better at evening/night for relaxing. It doesn't particularly make me sleepy, but I get really good sleep after a cup at night.
