Home use only **Q: Hi I'm confused as to the hight of this, is 4.4meters the hight of your feet when erected or the hight of the handrails?** A: It is from your feet at the highest platform setting **Q: Hello, would this model (500) be enough to work on our house gutter level which is at around 5m? Drilling for floodlights etc. Gutter brushes etc.** A: I'm sure it would, but we will never actually know! After buying this product using our paid for Amazon Prime service, and organising a job based on the fact this item was to arrive the following day as promised, it did not! Not only was this a major dissapointment, it was also rather costly, as we had to hire some scaffolding at short notice! We could not let our customer down, even though Amazon let us down. Do not believe Prime delivery service promises, especially if you have a business to run as they do not care if anything goes wrong. Started buying directly from suppliers rather than use Amazon, as they actually deliver on time and usually work out cheaper!! Dissapointing.
