It is fairly easy to apply, it needs to be applied as quickly as possible in one go as it dries quickly and overbrushing once it starts to dry can leave it looking a bit lumpy. Leave it to dry for a couple of hours before applying a second coat. If you're treating a large area, it's pretty much impossible to avoid brush marks, especially it the weather is hot.
