**Q: What is the calorie density, having noted the comment of going to the gym in between orders?**
A: Quite honestly I would not worry about the calories. The cheese is absolutely delicious!! You don’t need a lot in fact less than normal cheddar as the flavour is quite strong.  I have not put on weight eating this and will order more. It’s difficult to cut as it’s so dense, so sharpen your cheese knife and enjoy especially with celery and black grapes. Enjoy a little indulgence x

The cheeses have a date of around 10 months best before.
