I'd even go as far to say possibly not the same product pictured as it doesn't have the tag at the bottom on the front that appears in most of the pictures - see my picture for comparison. If you look at the pictures and assume that you're getting something firm and supportive, you're wrong. This is a glorified pillow and does NOTHING to support the lower back. I require lumbar support while sitting but the only way I actually get any from this product is by folding in the two "arms" and leaning on them.
