Since taking these every day there has been a noticeable difference where I feel healthy all the time. Very happy. Review: Good immune support - I have been using this product for quite a few years now. As I suffer with Acid Reflux, it needs to 'agree' with my digestion - and it does. Interestingly, it also has the (bonus) effect of reducing my hot flushes by around 50%. Although the capsules are large, because they are bullet shaped and have a plastic coating, I do not find them difficult to swallow. Recent supply problems with my current source have resulted in me placing an order with desertcart, which I will continue to do.
