I find that if the resin mix is at a ratio of 10 part resin to 4 part hardener I mix that first and then add and mix 10 part pigment. The result is milky coloured, pourable and paintable and it really glows well in the dark. Bit of a mix up with seller feedback so I'll do it here. If you add a dark colour then this will mask the green glow and the powder will not charged by light.
