The next time it didn't have that effect anymore. Almost like it reset the natural oils of my skin. Now it's very moisturizing. 2) If you use too much it will flake off. Only use a little and don't rub it in too much. Let it soak in. I don't use makeup but I assume it would not be great under make-up because of the flaking. 3) It doesn't really smell. Only a little undescribable smell that goes away quickly. 4) Leaves my skin looking fresh. It doesn't break me out or irritates my sensitive skin.
