Morgan has written such a forward-thinking and relevant book for today and the future in how to navigate relational trust within all types of relationships. Unlike a number of books on the psychology of relationships (a lot of which are frankly out of date and/or not easy to read/boring), Morgan is at the forefront of her field and wrote a book that is not only relevant and relatable to everyone, but also is straight forward and easy to read/understand and extremely interactive with tables and suggested homework! I sat down with this book and could not put it down and read it in one sitting as it captivated me to my core! This is a no nonsense guide to navigating today’s relationships and I highly recommend this book for not only those who are struggling - this book is for everyone wanting to expand their knowledge on relationships and life in general!

This workbook is definitely geared more toward couples that have had infidelity in the marriage or relationship. My husband and I do not have that issue, but we find the basics of this book still help us with better communication and rebuilding after separation. You must be willing to really take the time to implement and practice the skills and tips being taught in the book. We have implemented several of the tools and our bond is definitely getting stronger.

This workbook has a lot of great information, activities, and questions for partners.Much of the content is directed towards cheating, abuse, and honestly people who seemingly can’t be in the same room together without heightened emotions. It makes it a little awkward using this for other reasons for broken trust, but we make it work.
