Kair Plastic Ducting Pipe 100mm - 4 inch / 1 Metre Long Length - Rigid Straight Duct Channel Please note that our straight lengths of Round plastic ducting tube are female i.e. round duct fittings such as bends and reducers are male and generally slip inside the duct tube. To connect two female straight duct lengths together use a system 100mm male connector part: DUCEK28. Round Ducting provides superior airflow performance when compared with 100mm flexible or 110mm x 54mm rectangular ducting. It is perfect for installations requiring low extraction rates such as cooker hoods and small extractor fans. Made in the UK.Outer Diameter - 102mmBuilt to last out of high-quality white uPVC plastic material.Max / Min Temperature: +60c / -15c.Suitable to use in compliance with Part F Building Regulations.Free Air = 7855 mmStatic Pressure Drop in Pascals: 15 l/s = 0.50 Pa - 30 l/s = 1.40 Pa - 60 l/s = 3.10 Pa.Installation Tips: Kair plastic ducting pipe is lightweight & easy to install. **Q: Hi, what is the exact outer diameter? i have a 152mm hole and i need to know if it will fit before i buy it.**
A: Over all diameter is 153mm and internel diameter is 150mm. Hope this helps

**Q: Is this suitable for wood dust/shaving extraction?**
A: It would generate dangerous amounts of static electricity that would cause a dust problem on the outside of the tube and it could not be earthed properly. I would stick with metal ducting for this.

**Q: Has anyone used this product for a workshop dust extraction system?**
A: UPVC can be used as a long straight run using a min 150mm diameter or larger, beware that you could encounter static discharge caused by friction.if there are one or more bends to navigate normally you would use Tecflex VF dust extraction specifically designed for this application, with less to no chance of clogging

**Q: can you supply 400 mm by 3m. what is the cost**
