Some may consider this disadvantageous, however I find prebiotic fibre compounds too harsh for my digestive system. Secondly, it actually has a decent number of friendly bacteria per serve. It is also dairy and egg free, with a limited number of added ingredients. I will also mention that this is almost an exact dupe for a well known brand's Everyday Extra Strength probiotic only cheaper.If you have had a problem with headaches or bowel issues from taking probiotics in the past, I would recommend giving Healthspan a try. Start out slowly if you are new to probiotics and build up. Perhaps every other day at first. And regarding the milk test for probiotic potency - it is not reliable. Only certain strains of probiotics may cause milk to curdle. It is probably better just to gauge how you feel after a course of the tablets. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it says on the tin *by Z***D on 20 April 2017* I've tested this by sampling it in milk. It worked.
