I took my chances based on the other reviews.It seems the company have listened a bit as the pot was shrink wrapped but the lid is still poorly constructed and flimsy.Thanks to the shrink wrap only a tiny amount of the product has got out.The product itself is good but just be aware that it’s highly likely to have a broken container

Good conditioner , made my frizzy hair soft and manageable , it arrived in perfect condition , no damage .

I have been trying everything to fix my hair from olaplex which I found no good and lots of other ones and still have not found the miracle one. I don’t judge hair products after the day I use it but the next day. I didn’t like this at all. I don’t know what is in it but when I used it again a lot of hair came off. It felt dry when wet if that makes sense so I used a different conditioner to soften my hair after the silk one so it would be easier to dry my hair. My hair was just like normal after using it frizzy and standing out. My daughter also didn’t like it she said it dried out her hair. This might suit others as everyone’s hair is different but it’s not for me,
