I have been using it for many years, and have rarely had a cold, cough, virus, bacterial infection etc. It is anti viral, anti bacterial and anti fungal, therefore I feel a valuable supplement to have for taking, at the first sign of any kind of cold/flu/virus. It can be taken as a preventative, over the winter, or just start taking at the start of a virus and keep taking it, as directed, until symptoms subside. It is something I have passed on to friends and family, who also have been thrilled by its capabilities. I find it much better than Echinacea, which doesn' t work for everyone. Solgar is, in my opinion, the top of the tree for quality health supplements. These are vegetable capsules, suitable for vegans, sugar and salt free, with other supplements being yeast and dairy free where possible.
