But for me it has just helped me move to a better state of health. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product *by G***G on 19 March 2026* Good product ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well on several levels. *by M***M on 15 July 2013* I have been taking CoEnzyme Q-10 for about a year now on the recommendation of my GP. Having cardiac problems and taking statins daily left me with an ache or cramp like feeling in my calves. So the GP suggested CoEnzyme Q-10, but said it was not available on the NHS. We normally make CoEnzyme Q-10 from our food intake but using statins reduces the amount of it that is stored in the body, so it is important for statin users to keep their levels topped up particularly as we age. I have been using a 30mg dosage of the product from a well known High Street retailer and have found that it works well particularly for me, a male in his mid 60's. The Wassen product comes with the added extras of Vitamins E and B2 which have provided an extra boost to my energy levels. I take 20mg or two tablets and find that it keeps me ticking over pretty well and I rarely have aching calves now. Obviously different people may take this product for differing conditions, so any results would depend upon the individual needs and dosage. From my point of view, it is worth trying, and at this price there is little to lose.
