**Q: Does the battery compartment screw down?**
A: It certainly dose screw down and, of course, you could superglue it if you wanted.

Personally, I have covered the battery compartment and screw with duct tape so you can't immediately See what’s where!

The decibel noise level is huge. A very neat little gadget for a very low price. So small you would hardly know it’s there.

**Q: Does the red light stay on?**
A: All the time it is switched on the red light will be on.

**Q: On button is very very stiff.**
A: Are you pressing the button or
 sliding it? It should slide sideways. I use my nail with it being small.

**Q: How do you stop the alarm?**
A: It has a switch on the side you turn off and on

Needed for son to alert when sleep walking, and its great for this. Its very sensitive. On the highest sensitivity setting, you only need to touch the door handle gently with one finger and the alarm goes off. Literally no idea how it works - very cleaver. It does have its limitations though. There is no remote control to turn it on/off. You need to manually turn it off, which it self triggers the alarm. Also the alarm doesn't sound for long once touched (a matter of seconds)....its not like a burglar alarm that will continue to sound until someone attends to it. And there is no way of alerting you to it going off (eg to your phone), if you are away from it. So absolutely great to stop sleep walking, or to stop young kids getting out etc, not so much as a burglar alarm.
