It came in a lovely velour white rose indentation pattern with zip cover and the inner latex pillow was also in a zipped mesh pillow so l can easily remove pillow case for washing. I wanted latex because it is a breathable natural material and is cool, not cold, so no heat build up to cause sweating. My idea was to put it inside the cover of my side sleeper pillow to add a layer of comfort to it. The latex pillow is much the same size as a normal pillow, just a little smaller. I didn’t need to put in inside the cover to join the pillows together because it sits well on top of my other pillow and doesn’t move. In reviews from some other customers, l noted the overall score was 4 stars yet some customers indicated disappointment because the pillow is thin not a big thick latex. If they had paid attention they would have noted that the marketing says it’s a flat thin pillow for front and back sleepers. The solution for side sleepers is to put this thin latex pillow on top of your memory foam pillow or on top of your normal side pillow or buy a expensive thicker pillow such as a Dunlop one. As a side sleeper l found even using this nice pillow on its own was good and it can double up by folding it in half and laying the head on it because there’s plenty of room to do so!Excellent value and a lovely pillow. Love it! Even buying two and putting one on top of the other gives a lot of latex value in comparison to buying an expensive Dunlop pillow. This pillow will last years and l will treasure it. I love how bouncy it is. It’s soft but firm and it’s very flat/low profile. It will take time in getting used to it, I’ve only slept on it for like a week. But once you’ve got used to it you’ll love it. If you’ve got a memory foam mattress and suffer with severe back problems like me then your back will suffer but not your neck. It does relieve neck pains for sure as it did for me but made my back problem worse because it’s low profile that’s why. So what I do is I use it on a wedge pillow that’s when I suffer from acid reflux and it works wonders and gives me a great nights sleep. So it’s perfect for when sleeping on a wedge pillow or on a tradition mattress or a pocket sprung mattress. I gave it a 4 star because the price is a bit too high for what it is. The price should be between £15-£18. That would be a fair price because the material does come off when removing the cover which is disappointing so you have to be extra careful. The seller is great. When I received the pillow it wasn’t expanding properly to it’s normal size, so I contacted the seller and the seller replied real quick and sent out a replacement very fast, I received it the next day. Such a kind seller. I guess the first thing I should say is that I've been looking for over 5 years for a thin and flat pillow and it's been an utter nightmare because they simply didn't exist ... I snore less and wake up feeling good without any neck pain . Yes the pillow is expensive 3x a normal pillow but the quality of sleep you get is worth every penny .
