We found them to have great customer service. **Q: what size paper fit would this use? I am looking to use size 6 melitta papers** A: Our Brewer was engineered with a double stainless filter to brew great coffee without paper filters. However, based on it's size & shape we've had success testing several paper filters designed for single cup & carafe pour over coffee (to include Chemex FC100, FS100, Hario 01,02,03, Melitta 2,4). Typically 2-6 cup cone filters with a pointed bottom work best. However a strategic fold or cut can usually make most paper filters fit, such should be the case for the #6 Melitta. Please note the Melitta's fit will be influenced by it's flat bottom, vs paper filters with a pointed cone shaped bottom. Hope this is helpful.
