This time there was a burst in the hose (several cm in length) at the junction with the spraygun within 5 minutes of its first use. This with a fairly modest water pressure. Other reviewers seem to have had similar experiences, some having survived more than a single use. Low price, but clearly not value for money - absolute rubbish in fact. Shan't go near this supplier again. One star is a reflection of prompt delivery and nothing else. ### ⭐ Disappointing. *by L***8 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 December 2018* Broke on first use. The pipe filled up like a water ballon and bust. Contacted sell who asked for pictures which I provided, they then said they would send out a replacement which I was happy with and told me there was no need to return the broken one. After about 4 weeks I then receive an email saying they wish for me to return the broken one and they’d then refund me! By this point I’d obviously already binned the broken one. Bad quality. Wouldn’t recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ well worth buying *by P***G on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 September 2018* Really like this hose - it takes up so much less space than a normal garden hose and doesn't kink in the middle either. The only drawback of the one I have is that the hose gun now seems locked in 'open' position so as soon as it's turned on at the tap, water comes out - I just need to buy a new head for it.
