It looks like it will keep most water out but it's not a roll-top bag, and it's not made by Ortlieb or Kriega - so some water will probably get in. Despite the description for this product clearly stating it is for a "Pair", I've only received one each time I ordered this item. I had to purchase a second item to end up with a real pair. £30 for a pair would have been good value. At £30 each or £60 for a pair, they seem quite expensive for what you get Review: Not Waterproof - This item is a handy size as a saddle pack and is built really well, but you need to put anything into a waterproof sack or bag. The only other issue I had was the straps that run under the saddle interfered with the lip on the frame. Purtroppo nella confezione mancava una cinghia che comunque non avrei utilizzato. La borsa è fatta di un sottile strato di cerata con una cerniera a tenuta stagna che non sembra robustissima. Le cinghie per il fissaggio tendono a perdere tensione (come ho già letto in altre recensioni). Ho preferito personalizzare il fissaggio usando delle corde elastiche, come da foto.
