I expected more variety. I was sent 3 varieties, 4 of each. In the picture it appears like there will be 12 different plants. **Q: how much sunlight do they need?** A: I could have just checked "I don't know". But a better answer is it depends: depends on the type Tillandsia you have. I am not an expert and can hardley tell one type from another. What I have read is there are maybe a thousand different kinds. Most I think are native to rain forests.. But some thrive in desert conditions. Google Tillandsia - that is what I did. Good luck. I have had one plant for over six years. It produced many buds and grew 10 fold. But it never bloomed. It never got direct sunlight. Maybe it needed some.  **Q: how big will they grow?** A: Individual plants grow up to 3 or 4 inches tall. They also grow "pups" from their base and multiply. You can let them multiply and grow into a large cluster/ball or separate the plants as they get larger. **Q: What kind of water should I use?** A: I just use regular tap water. I haven't had any problems. You can let the water sit overnight if you want. Every few months I add a little seaweed fertilizer to the water. They even bloom for me. ## Frequently Bought Together - 12 Pack Assorted Ionantha Air Plants - Wholesale and Bulk - Succulents - Live Tillandsia - Easy Care Indoor and Outdoor House Plants - Organic Ready to Spray Air Plant Food - Fertilizer Mist for Weekly Use - Best for Live Tillandisa, Bromeliads, and Other Common Air Plants (8 oz) - ragnaroc Air Plants - Tillandsia Ionantha Pack, Regular 1-3" - 12ct - Live Arrival Guaranteed - House Plants for Home Decor & Gift --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/4835562-12-pack-assorted-ionantha-air-plants-wholesale-and-bulk-succulents](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/4835562-12-pack-assorted-ionantha-air-plants-wholesale-and-bulk-succulents) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
