Did not work out of the box

Did not work out of the box. It was delivered to me after 3-4 weeks. When I took it out of an external box and put in the batteries it would not work. After pressing a button I could only hear a low quality noise (It did not sound like a panda... more like annoying voice of a cat) out of a small speaker on the side of the item. Will not buy again. It is not worth a hassle to wait that long for this cheap Chinese product.

Very slow delivery and was not packaged well. This meant the boxes arrived battered from the journey. As for the product I was disappointed as there was an issue with the battery casing which meant that the batteries would lose connection as they didn't stay in place. Had to do some own DIY to fix the problem and now working but not what you really expect to be doing.Once fixed (ish) the kids love them.As for the seller I can say that I have been impressed with there eagerness to help so hence not as low a rating as I would have given for all the problems.
