I'm very impressed! It arrived well packaged with no damage. The quality is good and the instructions are bang on, very easy to follow. Assembly was fast with no missing bits. Instructions advise to paint regularly to maintain in good condition, I will do this. It's easy to clean with the slide out base. I'm using it in a much larger enclosed run with this just for safe sleeping at night so the small size is not a problem.
