Review: Great pen, tips to avoid a squished nib. - This product worked great for me. I saw other reviews saying the pen nib got squished and mangled. I didn't have this problem as you don't have to push down hard for the paint to be released. My tips are always try and keep the pen pointed down so that gravity can keep the paint flowing, and also if you need more paint to come out, push the nib down a couple of times against the wall while stationary, it kind of suctions more paint to come out. I was able to work fast when I got into it, I would run down a whole line of grout, not worrying about getting the paint onto the tiles, and in the other hand I had a piece of paper towel and would run right over the line with it to remove excess paint on the tile which worked really well. The colour worked great for my cream tiled bathroom, all the mould stains are gone and it looks so refreshed. It took two pens for me to cover a 1.8m x 1.4m room that has large tiles. A very cheap DIY way of brightening up a space if you ask me.

Bought two of these pens in different colours. Shown is the beige for the kitchen floor tiles. Application was so easy the grout actually flowed from the nib. Drying time around 2-3 minutes, so can touch up in places quickly. Overall appearance is good considering the low cost of the pen. It’s been 3 weeks since applying and the grout is as new. Durability is good as I use bleach when cleaning and this has had no effect whatsoever on the grout. Pictured are before & after, very pleased with the results. Just a tip, you can remove the nib with tweezers, swill under water, dry, and push the used end back into the pen. Recommended
