Only thing to note is that the plastic will scratch reallly easy if you use any form of scourer on it - even those soft green ones on the other side of a sponge - you’ll end up with little lines all it, so sponge or cloth to clean - but being as food doesn’t stick to it much (assuming you don’t leave it to weld on for 3 days) that isn’t an issue. I’ve used this to send the other half to work with a meal in, ready to go in the microwave at lunch and he’s come back impressed at how quick and easy it is as per all the above points. I have the rice cooker. I fill it 3/4 full of water, add salt and put in microwave on high for eight minutes, uncovered. Pull out hot water , I add 1/2 of a package of a lb. of vermicelli/angle hair pasta broken in half, stir put back in microwave for eight minutes, checking and sturing with a fork ever 2 minutes so it does not stick together. Once it is limp continue cooking to the doneness you want. I open my sauce bottle and cover open top with paper towel put in on defrost. Mine does two sessions 1min. 30sec & 2min. 30sec.. After first session I screw lid on bottle and turn up and down to disperse heat. Put back in, lid off, paper towel on and finish second session. The bottle will be hot so make sure you use something to protect your hand, again cover with lid and move up and down. Drain pasta put back in rice cooker add sauce a cheese, stir and enjoy. **Q: Is this leak proof?** A: They have changed the design of this bowl. It will leak. They have done away with the seal on the perimeter of the lid. **Q: How much does this hold? Will it hold like a large can of soup?** A: This container holds about 32 ounces; a can of Campbell's Cunky soup will fit. It wasn't clear what "large" can of soup you're wondering about, but this noodle bowl holds a quart. It's pretty easy to use and it takes me much less time to use this than boiling the noodles in water on a hob, the steam vent on the top works well although I have forgotten to press it and ended up with ramen water all over the inside of the microwave that's my fault. For noodles, it's not big enough to chuck the entire block in and I end up breaking it in half before cooking but the depth is pretty good and it has well enough space for the water I need in there. The quality is pretty good and feels durable, its also small enough to fit in a backpack for holidays or travelling.
